Use 1 & 1/2 tsp per cake mix/batter and or frosting to taste.

This is great in cookies, cakes and all treats just like the other PK Elixirs. Add to taste for a personal preference. Add to your royal icing but does not mix well in melted chocolate but works in ganache. The perfect substitute for real cream cheese. This can be placed in cheesecake, buttercream, pastry cream and cake batter/mix.
