Excellent product and customer service

I had an event coming up so I ordered two for mini cannoli- a big favorite! The post office admittedly destroyed the box- I cante Ted sweet life and they promptly sent out another! I didn't miss a beat! Thanks! And they are delicious and well made!

Broken cones

My cones arrive broken when I reached out to them to let them know. They told me I should have ordered extra because they are fragile. Well I wish that was somewhere big when ordering. I was only able to use 8 of them out of 22 im guessing. In the photo attached the back side to the photo the edges were all chipped. I have ordered many of these “fragile” items and they are packaged securely. This package was moving around in the box. So this comany either needs to package items in correct size boxes or use more bubble wrap. They did offer me a 50% coupon and responded quick. But it was to close to my event and I did not want to risk not having them arrive on time. I’m so disappointed this these were unusable. They were very fresh and tasted amazing but the lack of care when shipping is why they lost me as a customer in whole. The one star is for the the customer service they did reach out pretty quick. But overall a bad experience with this company.
