  • Before opening shake gently.
  • Whip no more than 20% of the total bowl capacity at one time.
  • Whip at medium speed.
  • For sweeter topping, sugar may be added.
  • When blending with cream or other ingredients, first start with Whip ‘n Top™ and when partially whipped add other ingredients.
  • Decorate cake or dessert.
  • Always decorate away from heat sources (ovens, stoves or others).
  • Store decorated cake or dessert and remaining cream in refrigerator.

Wedding Cake with Whip and Ice

I tried whip and ice for a wedding cake I made and at first it was a bit difficult to get as smooth as buttercream, however, it was very forgiving and finally was able to get straight edges on cake and it came out amazing. I have to mention that the wedding was outside in Florida in February and it maintained its shape without any signs of melting. Customers loved the flavor and the Wedding Couple was also satisfied! ( MariPops helped with assistance as she also stated that at first she had the same issue getting straight edges but it can be done.)
