Place desired number of Cake Craft isomalt nibs in a microwavable cup. Melt in 20-second increments until liquid and bubbles form.
If cooking on the stovetop, place desired number of Cake Craft nibs in a stove top pan over low to medium heat and heat until liquid and bubbles form.
Once melted, use your Cake Craft isomalt for poured, pulled or blown decorations.
It will take approximately 5 to 15 minutes for the isomalt liquid to harden to a stiff decoration depending on the size of the mold or creation you are making.
Do NOT store isomalt in the refrigerator. It is best to store isomalt in an air tight container with parchment or wax paper. When exposed to moisture or humidity isomalt will become sticky.
If you are making small batches of isomalt it will be difficult to avoid small bubbles in the outcome of your designs.
